The What, Why, and How of Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Aimed at students and educators, this paper discusses entrepreneurship from three perspectives:

• What is entrepreneurship?
• Why should students be interested in entrepreneurship?
• How does a student prepare for a career that involves entrepreneurship, and how does one go about becoming an entrepreneur?

Along the way, the article seeks to inform both students and educators as to how they can stimulate entrepreneurship.
